This Yoga Workshop combined with a Zen Retreat will be held Tauhara which is a retreat and conference centre, located in Acacia Bay, overlooking Lake Taupo in the centre of New Zealand's North Island.
Your retreat guides are Paul Barton and Phil Shinko Squire. Paul is a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher and Phil is authorised to teach in the Soto Zen tradition
