1/4 Pumpkin
1 Stick of Celery
3/4 Cup of Coconut
1 Bunch of Coriander
1 Carrot
2 Tomatoes
2 Lemons
1-1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seed
1 Teaspoon of Coriander Seed
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed
1 Pinch of Asfodia Powder
2 Sprigs of Curry Leaves
1-1/2 Teaspoon of Grated Fresh Ginger
Rams Red Rice Pilau
1 Cup of Red Rice
1 Cup of Cauliflower
1 Handful of Beans
1/4 Red Pepper (Optional)
1 Carrot
1 Cup of Broccoli
2 Sprigs of Curry Leaves
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 Pinch of Asfodia Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seed
1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 Teaspoon Tumeric
Lemon Juice and Coriander to garnish.

Hi, it’s easier to say “Hing” but you’ll find it in the Indian groceries and elsewhere as asafetida–it’s pronounced ass uh FET id uh. Easier to say than to spell.
