Hey Al.
An interesting youtube clip to watch ; “Trailer The Cure is U”.
It features a diverse and well known bunch of experts in their fields discussing nutrition and disease. I find their philiosophies very exciting as they resonate within you and strike a chord of recognition of a fundamental truth. Enjoy.

Hi Al,
I admire your creativity and enjoy and appreciate all your messages. I think it also very brave of you to just speak your heart with such complete and open confidence. I wouldn’t worry too much about the controversy…some see things with a different perspective. I would like to see you re-do this skit…maybe slow it down. Perhaps those that feel it is controversal will change their view. If not…there are many that will always appreciate your voice and light. It’s all good. Blessing to you, Sunny Surya

I was on your free downloads on beginners yoga and was unable to download although I have high speed internet. I would really like to get copies of these exercises as well as the senior one for my mother. Could you contact me and let me know how we can go about getting those videos to me. Thank you and Namaste.

Good quality video. Clear picture.
Tumeric is well known for its anti-inflammatory, healing-open-wounds properties.
Nice hippy outfit you do have. Reminds me of N. India gurus. Keep it coming.

Nice one dude, especially the smoothie… still not liking the Kiwi accent in a GURU, being an Aussie, I just can’t help but smile.
Keep up the great work!
