Lesson 5 in our Traditional Hatha Yoga series.

This lesson sees a departure from the normal beginning of eye, neck and shoulder exercises to making a start on learning Pranayama techniques. Kapalabhati or the “Shining Skull” breathing exercise is the first taught as we begin to learn the facets of Pranayama, followed by Anulom Vilom or alternate nostril breathing also part of the Pranayama breathing exercises.
