Lesson 3 of the Traditional Hatha Yoga series with Ram and the team from the Sivananda Vedanta Center New Plymouth
After revisiting exercises from the previous 2 lessons Ram introduces new asanna, a front relaxation posture called Makarasana is demonstrated leading on to the Cobra, Childs Pose, Standing Forward Bend and Triangle Pose. As always the lesson is ended with a full guided relaxation.
