1/4 Pumpkin
1 Fresh Coconut (or 1 Cup of Dried Coconut)
1 Tablespoon of Grated Ginger
1 Chilli
2 Limes
1 Kumara (sweet potato)
1 Handful of Green Beans
1/2 Head of Broccoli
1 Bok Choy (or spinach)
2 Tomatoes
1 Capsicum
1/2 Cup of Snow Pea Sprouts
