Traditional Hatha Yoga Lessons

In this series of 7 lessons our teacher Ram carefully guides us from a easy introduction in Lesson 1 building up to the full Open Class in which all of the elements of the 7 lessons are brought together for a full 90 min Yoga workout. Each of these lessons and the Open Class have a full relaxation to calm your mind and body at the end of each session leaving you relaxed, refreshed and energized.
