Detoxification
| By gently stretching muscles and
joints as well as massaging the various organs, yoga ensures
the optimum blood supply to all parts of the body. The breathing
techniques that are learnt aid in a greater supply of oxygen
that can carry away cellar waste that accumulate in all of our
cells. |

It is important to detoxify on a regular basis, failure to do as
such lead to disease and despair. It is like putting out the trash
every week for your rubbish collector. If you don't put the trash
out every week and let it build up and build up, eventually rats
and maggots turn up. The more rubbish that accumulates the more
there is to feed. If you don't do something about it, all hell is
going to break lose.
So this is what can happen to your body if you let the rubbish
(toxins) build up. It won't happen over night but it will happen.
All you have to do is develop a routine that you do on a regular
basis (yoga) to put this trash out.
However not all exercise is the same. A lot of
strenuous exercise although deemed to be good can be outweighed
by the amount of acidity that is produced, such as lactic acid for
example.
That is why we promote the use of yoga into any of your current
fitness routine.
This helps in the flushing out of toxins from every part of your
body as well as providing nourishment to every part of it as well.
This leads to benefits such as delayed aging, energy and a remarkable
zest for life.
